After more than 20 years working in a corporate environment, I found that the parts of my work I enjoyed most were solving problems, improving how things worked, and helping move projects forward. Today, I get to do that for established small businesses, working alongside them to manage day to day operations, improve processes, and take ownership of projects that move the business forward.
